Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@travel-puzzles.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a 50% restocking fee applies to all returns, including those under the EU cooling-off period.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
